Chris Brown can't get over Rihanna's crop over outfit (Details, pics)

Chris Brown still wants that old thing back.

The R&B singer definitely gave fans that impression when he posted the eyeball emoji under a stunning photo of Rihanna’s Crop Over outfit.

Brown’s comment follows a long and tumultuous history with his ex, which has been marred by the now-infamous domestic violence case that took place in 2009 and was finally closed in 2015

Rihanna spoke about the events which led up to their breakup during a rare interview with Oprah in 2012. “It was embarrassing,” she said. “It was humiliating. I lost my best friend. I was resentful. I held a grudge. I was dark.”

They tried to rekindle their relationship afterwards, but eventually parted ways for good. “You realize after a while that in that situation you’re the enemy. You want the best for them, but if you remind them of their failures, or if you remind them of bad moments in their life, or even if you say I’m willing to put up with something, they think less of you—because they know you don’t deserve what they’re going to give,” Rihanna told Vanity Fair in 2015. “And if you put up with it, maybe you are agreeing that you [deserve] this, and that’s when I finally had to say, ‘Uh-oh, I was stupid thinking I was built for this.’ Sometimes you just have to walk away.”
