‘It's just a mere propaganda, There Is No Truth In It’- Ooni of Ife Reacts To News That His Marriage Has Crashed (Details, pics)

The Ooni of Ife, through his media aide, has reacted to claims that his 17-month marriage to Olori Wuraola Zynab Otiti has failed.

In case you missed all the drama: sources which alleged that they are close to the couple claimed that the marriage failed following allegations that the queen was not on peaceful terms with the king’s family, and that she had various altercations with the king himself.

Others claimed that the Olori who reportedly was previously married to an ex-governor, and later a Lebanese man, was cheating on the Ooni of Ife.

“The marriage as a sham, plagued by suspicion, hatred and devoid of love; they accused Olori of many unpublishable things and lack of commitment to her marital vows.

Even as you read she is not on talking terms with her in-laws. The allegations are as wide as they are wild’,” said one report.

It was later added that the marriage failed way back as March 2017, adding that the Olori has moved out of the palace and relocated to Lagos, and that a new queen has been picked and will be unveiled in September.

But the media aide has called the news false adding that the palace will issue a statement to that effect soon.

“There is no truth to the news, it is unimaginable. We would issue a statement on the matter soon,” the note said.
