Nigerian footballer, Kayode Olanrewaju signs for Man City (Details, pics)

Sources close to Olanrewaju Kayode have suggested the player has completed a signing with EPL club, Manchester City but will be loaned out this season.

Kayode, 24, will join newly promoted La Liga side, Girona FC on a season long loan.

An official confirmation is being confirmed by the club and he has been send out on loan to the Spanish club.

It was reported that he arrived England to discuss a deal with Newcastle United only to get a call from Pep Guardiola to head to the Etihad.

Kayode reportedly had his medical at City and “will return to his base to rejoin the family before they head out to Spain,”

He plays for an Australian football club before his signed for the Manchester club.
