This is the the only child of Nigerian-British music star Sade Adu. Sade Adu’s transgender son, who was born a girl, has shared new pictures of himself on his Instagram page, showing off his newly grown facial hair.

How it’s possible.. We are in the dark, but Izzak Theo was born a girl but started her transformation to a boy last year.
