The Carters have been spotted as a full family for the first time.

Beyonce and Jay Z stepped out in public with their four-month-old twins Rumi and Sir, and their five-year-old big sister Blue Ivy, on Wednesday in New York City.

The parents stepped out of a black SUV at a heliport, with dad carrying one of the tots in car seat, while a minder carried the sibling.

Beyonce meanwhile carried a Louis Vuitton purse.

The precious cargo was kept shielded from the sun in matching black and white striped baby blankets.

Jay wore a grey sweat outfit with sneakers and had a black cap on. His expression seemed serious as he carried one of the large car seats.

Beyonce looked glamorous with a red, white and blue outfit and stylish red and white shoes.
