She flew into San Francisco with sisters Kim and Kourtney to film some scenes for KUWTK.

And Khloe Kardashian wasted no time in joining her siblings for some sight seeing in the hilly metropolis.

The 33-year-old reality star made quite an effort to cover up her supposedly pregnant tummy for the outing.

A pair of high-waist jeans seemingly struggled to contain her bulging belly, while a black top obscured it completely.

She layered a long, baggy black overcoat to ward off the autumn chill, though it also conveniently served to hide her figure as well.

Black thigh-high boots completed her city-chic look.

She opted to keep her blonde locks tied back into a high ponytail, perhaps anticipating breezy conditions.

Accessories were kept to a minimum, with the youngest Kardashian donning only a pair of oversize shades and holding her phone in her hand.

Watermelon-hued lipstick and subtle blush made sure the southern California native look quite sophisticated for her trip to the storied urban center.

It seemed like the girls were enjoying themselves, as they tooled around on one of the city's famous cable cars.

Khloe even took a moment to snap a picture at the top of one of the city's tall hills.

What didn't seem to figure into the proceedings at all was Khloe's rumored pregnancy.

TMZ recently reported that Khloe is expecting her first child with her boyfriend of one year, NBA star Tristan Thompson, 26, and that she is 'three months pregnant.'
