24-year old PhD holder reveals how Atiku Abubakar paid his tuition fee at Harvard without knowing him (Details, pics)
A Nigerian man named Dr Salihu Dasuki, has revealed how former vice president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, paid his tuition fee for a program he attended at Harvard Kennedy School when he couldn't get funding.
Dr Dasuki's revelation was made via his Twitter page on Sunday, November 26, while the debate on Atiku's resignation from the APC was still a hot topic on social media.
According to Dasuki, who is a recipient of The Future Awards Africa, Atiku made the payment even without knowing him.
Checks revealed that the tweet has gotten 700 likes, 600 retweets and 83 reactions at the time of this report.
Further checks on Dr Dasuki revealed that he is a lecturer in information systems at the Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom, where he is the youngest senior lecturer at the age of 24.
He has a BSc from the Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, and an MSc and PhD from the Brunel University in West London.
He is the son of Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki Nakande, a former minister of information and communication.
