Ahmadu Bello University tops National University Commission 2017 ranking as Covenant University makes Top 10 list (Details, pics)

The National University Commission (NUC) has released its 2017 ranking of Nigerian universities which comprises of both private and public institutions.

In the ranking which featured over 100 institutions, the Ahmadu Bello University with the University of Lagos coming in second position.

Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife came in third position.

Covenant University was the highest ranked private university in sixth position while Lagos State University was the top placed state institution in 16th position.
