'Madman' caught with 100million cheque, 4 ATM cards, Smart phone and condoms in Ilorin (Details, pics)

On Thursday, A middle aged man who pretends to be mentally deranged was apprehended in Ilorin, Kwara state.

He was apprehended near state Ministry of Environment and Forestry along Amadu Bello way in Ilorin. When searched, A cheque of 100 million naira, Pictures with he took with a top politician in Nigeria, Four automated machine cards, male and female condoms, Valium injections and Infinix hot 5 phone were found in his possession.

It was also gathered that the suspect madman who have been lynched by a mob, but was rescued by another man dressed in native Ankara attire.
