The internet never forget. According to these tweets which was tweeted by the official twitter handle of President Buhari, Malam El Rufai (Current governor of Kaduna state). It shows that the President slammed the ongoing fuel scarcity across the country then and promise to put things in place if he was elected as the GCFR. The reverse is the case at the moment. Two and half years after, Nigerians are currently experiencing the same thing and the saddest thing about it is the fact that the Minister of petroleum who is also the President haven't said anything about the fuel scarcity issue.
