Arsenal star, Alexis Sanchez is on the brink of a move to Manchester United and is tipped to undergo a medical before the day runs out.

That's according to Spanish reporter Jose Alvarez who has claimed the Chile international is expected at Carrington in the next few hours.

"The Chilean will travel to Manchester in the next few hours for the medical examination," he wrote on Twitter.

The deal is said to have been delayed by Henrikh Mkhitaryan's move in the opposite direction.
