Gone are the days when Real Madrid and Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo used to play football on the streets of Madeira in Portugal, but today, all his pains when he was young are now history as he is the current World best player.

Apart from making it to the Zenith of his football career, Cristaino Ronaldo is also one of the richest footballers and the most bankable athletes in the world thanks to what he has earned at Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United and of course Real Madrid. Born on February 5, 1985, Cristiano Ronaldo is a blessed football star even to generations yet unborn as he is the first player in history to win four European golden shoes.

Raised on the Portuguese island of Madeira, Ronaldo was diagnosed with a racing heart at age 15 and he underwent an operation to treat his condition and began his senior club career playing for Sporting CP before signing for Manchester United at age 18 in 2003.

Cristaino Ronaldo helped Manchester United win three successive Premier League titles, a UEFA Champions League title, and a FIFA Club World Cup.

And when he was 22, he had received Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year nominations and at age 23, he won his first Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year awards.

The year 2017 was one of the best years for Cristiano Ronaldo as he helped his club win the Spanish La Liga, the UEFA Champions League and also the Club World Cup title.

He has now posted a stunning photo on his Instagram page with all the individual awards he has won and also thanked family, friends, teammates and coaches who helped him to become a successful player.

He wrote;

''When I played in the streets of Madeira and dreamed of reaching the top of the football, I could not imagine that one day I would take a picture like this. I dedicate this moment above all to my family, my friends, my teammates, the coaches with whom I have always learned and so many others who work in club and selection structures. Finally, a special thanks to my fans. These trophies are yours too,".
