NFF president, Amaju Pinnick comes to the rescue of embattled Wilson Oruma, offers him national team job (Details, pics)

Nigerian Football Federation boss Amaju Pinnick has offered embattled ex Super Eagles international Wilson Oruma a job in the national team.

Oruma who had a glamorous footballing career and one of the most celebrated African football star has been going through emotional distress.'

The former Olympique Marseille star has been reported broke after he was scammed over N1.2 billion by a fake oil businessman few years ago.

The NFF boss Amaju Pinnick has offered Oruma an offer to become the Super Eagles' assistant coach. Pinnick reportedly settled the former international's hospital bills and relocated him to a better and more equipped location.‘

'By next week, Oruma will move into my house before they finish furnishing the three bedroom flat where he would stay’’, the NFF President confirmed.

Pinnick said Oruma will be part of the Under 20 coaching crew and will also be part of the contingent of the Super Eagles to Russia to cheer the Eagles.

He further confirmed that he is speaking to some of the clubs Oruma has played for to let him come back there for coaching coaches.
