But Kim Kardashian was making some serious statements about her sex appeal when she took to Instagram on Friday morning. The 37-year-old chose to pose completely naked, pixelating her ample bosom as she writhed around in her bed.

She looked incredible in the very racy snap, captioning it with the words: 'night cap,' as she posed with her arms behind her head. Just two hours before, she shared a throwback image of herself wearing only underwear while seated on the hood of a luxury car, which she captioned 'good night'.

Kim also posted a photo of North, 4, and her cousin Penelope, 5, wearing matching outfits and pigtails. She captioned the adorable snap with a single word 'Twinzies (sic)'.

That same day the reality TV queen took to her website on Thursday to give her fans an update on how she is bonding with her baby girl, who has yet to be named, after she was welcomed via 'gestational carrier' on Monday.

'The connection with our baby came instantly and it's as if she was with us the whole time,' the wife of Kanye West noted.
