Social media users have termed 2018 "shooting shot year" which means no one should be shy to approach a guy or girl they feel they are interested in. Just recently, a Nigerian man named Odumosu went viral after he revealed details of how a Yoruba mother tied to help her daughter shoot shot towards him.

According to the Twitter user, he was at the airport resolving an issue when a mother and daughter were as well. In no time, the mother who noticed her daughter kept looking at him nudged to her to take his number instead of staring.

The slightly embarrassed daughter then walked out of the office. Odumosu however gave his number to the mother who had her daughter call him the next day. He revealed that they were now friends and he admired the mother for such hilarious yet adorable move. Odumosu shred the details on social media, saying: "One woman saw her daughter staring at me yesterday at the airport and she said "o kon ronju mo instead ko gba number e" the daughter was so embarrassed she had to leave the office. Gave the mum my number, the daughter called this morning. I have a new friend and I love her mum."

Social media users were quick laugh at what appears to be the most hilarious hook up initiated by a girl's mother. Odumosu then concluded that the new generation mothers are indeed no time wasters when it comes to the matter of the heart.
