Update: Actress Funke Akindele’s name removed from Avengers: Infinity War final cast (Details, pics)

The multi award winning Nigerian actress Funke Akindele has been removed from the cast list of upcoming superhero movie, Avengers: Infinity War.

The actress never confirmed or deny the reports on any of her social media pages, and now, her name no longer appears on the cast list at IMDb.

Could it possibly be because they want to generate a ruse to interest among Nigerian viewers for the movie? If so, then shame on Marvel and IMDb.

It is also possible that all she got was a scene, which didn’t make the final cut. Either way, We keep our fingers crossed.
