Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has reportedly demanded a pay rise of £375,000-a-week for him to sign a new deal at Old Trafford.

His current £210,000-a-week contract runs out at the end of next season with the option of a further one-year extension. But the Spaniard has been heavily linked with a move to Spanish champions Real Madrid as Los Blancos want him to be part of their squad next season.

According to the report by UK Sun, David De Gea wants to be on the same amount with Frenchman Paul Pogba at Manchester United.

Currently, Chilean international Alexis Sanchez is the highest paid player at Manchester United and even in the Premier League with £505,000 a week deal.
