Eminem is usually quite a private person, so a new video that’s surfaced online is raising eyebrows.

The new clip features a mystery woman who films him without his knowledge as he walks into a hotel room. At first, he thinks they’re taking a selfie, but eventually discovers that she’s recording.

“Why?” he asks. “Why not?” she replies. “We have to document our lives, right?” “I guess,” he says, before confirming. “Wait, is that recording?” Once he realizes that she’s definitely filming their encounter, the image goes black.

Once the video surfaced, fans began to speculate about its origin. Many believe this could be a promotional clip ahead of Slim Shady’s upcoming “River” video. The Ed Sheehan-assisted track is also the newest single off Revival.

“River” peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Last month, Eminem shared a photograph of Ed Sheeran on what appeared to be the set of their upcoming video. So far, the visual does not have a release date.
