Canadian man fool police by building a car out of snow in an illegal parking spot and gets a parking ticket (Details, pics)

A Canadian tricked police in Montreal this week by sculpting a Delorean out of snow, leading them to believe there was an illegally parked car underneath.

Simon Laprise said it took him four hours to build the snowy car that was made famous in the 1980s film 'Back to the Future', according to a report by the New York Daily News.

After his project, Laprise, a machinist by trade, posted a picture on social media of a confused police officer standing next to the 'car'.

The police apparently enjoyed the prank, writing in a ticket to Laprise in French that read, 'You made our evening.'

While he managed to play a prank on the cops, Larprise said it wasn't meant for them - it was meant to confuse snow removal crews.
