The Taxify Driver who was accused of an attempted rape and kidnap by actress, Dorcas Shola Fapson, has taken legal action against the actress, and demanded for N5 million in compensation.

In lawsuit filed by the driver’s lawyer, Chancellor Chambers, he demanded for a public apology from the actress for the libelous publications she made on social media, tagging him as a “Kidnapper” and a “rapist”.

He also demanded to sum of N5 million compensation, over the damages.
